Golf Development
The Lanitis Group has undertaken a new fully integrated golf and real estate development project, Limassol Greens Golf Resort, on the site of its existing citrus plantations in the Fasouri area near Limassol, in close proximity to Limassol’s city center, Limassol’s Port, and Limassol Marina.
Lanitis Farm is 50% owner of Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd, which has been established in order to successfully design, and develop this new project, the Limassol Greens Golf Resort. The company has recently been listed in the Alternative Market of Cyprus Stock Exchange.
The company has recently been granted the final official government license for the development of the project, and the required planning permit for the initial master plan.
One of the main goals of the masterplan, as designed by AECOM/EDAW, is to create a contemporary designed, integrated leisure and residential community project that includes the best of modern Cypriot architecture and planned community living. The project will include:
